10 Buddhist Words of Wisdom Spoken by Alf

One of Buddha’s great lessons states, “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” We all remember 80’s TV ALF, and though it’s technically looking back, it’s a history lesson worth learning. If only we had concentrated on the present moment back then, we might’ve seen just how Buddha-like Alf really was. Even today, the wise-cracking alien from another planet can be an inspiration for living a more Zen life.
