One of my favorite desserts is cheesecake. It’s delicious and there are so many different kinds that you could have it every day and not get tired of it. That’s why I’m SO glad that I found this recipe. I can make cheesecake without the need to wait and bake it!

In her recipe, she adds fruit and preserves to give it a nice fruity (and maybe a tad healthy?) finish that complements the velvety goodness of the cheesecake. Did I mention that there’s no need to bake it?
