The men profiled in this video are transformed, not only by their haircuts and shaves, but also by the compassion shown by the volunteer barbers working with the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles. The simple act of seeing their faces, cleaned up and looking nice, immediately gives them proud smiles. It’s amazing how a simple act of kindness can change one’s outlook and attitude.
